I was not sure if hypnotherapy could work with the issue of procrastination/lack of momentum in many facets of my life, especially with health care and fitness. I was also sceptical about the effectiveness of hypnotherapy. However, I made the leap of faith with the feeling that I had nothing to lose. The therapy was not what I had expected and was such a positive, relaxing experience in which I felt reassured at all times. I only had 2 x 1 hour sessions and I have seen incredible results and progress which has led to a massive increase in motivation. If you are unsure about whether to try hypnotherapy, go for it, Peter tailors everything to your needs. You will not regret it, I haven’t.
